Snacks in between meals are free of charge from the fruit basket. Water and organic tea and coffee are always available free of charge.

Cycling to work, but also taking a spin through the picturesque surroundings after work not only keeps you fit but also reduces your personal CO2 footprint. That's why we are delighted when our employees opt for a company bike and support them with subsidies. Our cycling colleagues save almost half the purchase price if they buy a new bike. For those who prefer to travel by car, we also promote electromobility and offer favorable leasing terms.

The thinking workshop
Our brand-new think tank makes traditional office spaces look old-fashioned with its fresh colours, open interior design and modern workstations. There's room for exchanging ideas with other employees in customisable meeting spaces or, if you like, you can relax on the sofa or meet up in the kitchen for a freshly brewed coffee and a chat. It's not just good ideas that find space in the think station. Our four-legged colleagues are always welcome, and always welcome a cuddle!
