Recruitment process step by step

First interview – online via Teams or on-site
Let’s start by getting to know each other – either online or in person. You’ll meet one of our recruiters and your potential future manager to talk about your motivation, experience, and expectations for the role. You’ll also get a first impression of our culture, values, and what makes us unique as an employer. If foreign language skills are relevant to the position, we’ll assess them at this stage.
Second interview – online, on-site or trial day
You’ll meet your future manager again – and possibly a team member – to explore the role, team structure, and your future tasks in more detail. This meeting can take place online or at one of our locations. Come prepared with questions – we’ll be happy to answer them openly and honestly. If you’re applying for a role in production, logistics, or manufacturing, you’ll be invited directly to the site. You’ll get a real feel for your future workplace, meet your colleagues, and learn about our processes and equipment. Depending on the role, this stage may include a trial day so you can experience what it’s like to be part of our team.
Third interview – for management & expert positions
If you’re applying for a leadership or expert position, the process includes additional steps. A second or third interview – online or on-site – helps clarify expectations and explore your potential responsibilities in greater depth. In the final stage, you’ll meet a member of our executive or divisional management team at our headquarters in Kleinheubach. This meeting gives you deeper insights into our organisation, culture, and strategic direction. Your recruiter will guide you through each step and make sure you have all the information you need.
Feedback & joint decision
After the interviews, we discuss everything internally and get back to you as quickly as possible — regardless of the outcome. It's important for us, because we value your time and commitment.
Job offer & contract signing
If everything fits and we both feel it’s the right match, we’ll make you a job offer and send you your employment contract. From there, your onboarding begins — meeting new colleagues, learning about our products, and discovering what makes working with us so special.
